We're hiring an Intermediate Residential Interior Designer who’s well rounded and experienced with working on custom interiors, across the spectrum of trends and styles, and strives to exceed the expectations of discerning clients, you may be our ideal next team member.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER:

• Undertake interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Produce sample and presentation materials.

• Interpret and translate customer needs into plans.

• Define project requirements and schedules.

• Set costs according to budget.

• Research and select materials and products for sourcing.

• Supervise work progress and site management. 

• Work closely with other designers, architects and contractors.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in high-end, residential interior design or architecture firm.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel is a must.

• Keen knowledge of architectural concepts, practices, construction documents and procedures.

• At ease with creating construction docs and finish schedules.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent customer service, communications and management skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable car.
